Chutoku Ryu Karate is a world martial arts system infused with a strong Christian world view. It contains elements of traditional Okinawan Kempo and Shorin Ryu Karate, Japanese Judo and Jujitsu, Korean Tae Kwon Do, and American Boxing, as well as a variety of traditional weapons.
Chutoku Ryu Karate purposes to develop the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. We teach all of the physical skills and conditioning of traditional martial arts, supported by an emphasis on respect, humble confidence, discipline, focus, team building, character development, and servant leadership. As a fully Christian system, Chutoku Ryu Karate also employs Scripture memory, devotionals, and public and private prayer to facilitate the spiritual growth of all who are involved. |

Greater New Orleans School of Leadership
“Follow me as I follow Christ”: Students have the option of participating in a 9 month servant missions program where they will acquire experience in being mentored by pastors and directors as they grow in their relationship with God. Those who are Called into full-time ministry may serve in our Intern Bible College program which couples the ministry of ANF with the School of Urban Missions cohort program. The intern program allows a student to enroll in an affordable and fully accredited Bible college while experiencing real life ministry connected with personal ministry mentorship from the ANF Pastoral Leadership.
Accountability, great teaching, and a rigorous commitment to know God will encourage the development of the whole person for Jesus Christ. The Greater New Orleans School of Leadership is being birthed in a city healing from the wounds of Hurricane Katrina. Our aim is to give people hope through Jesus as we work side by side to bring life to our community. A significant amount of our time will be spent helping homeowners and local churches. We are looking for those individuals who are willing to give their all and allow Christ to change their lives forever. Plant a church, rebuild the city, and advance the Kingdom. Brochure PDF.
